Born in Mount Gambier in 1969 Pat moved to Adelaide to play football for North Adelaide Football Club. After studying Oenology at Roseworthy, Patrick’s wine making career commenced in the Barossa Valley working for Thirty six years have passed and Pat is now a very successful and well respected wine maker who has worked as Chief Wine Maker for many high profile wine companies.
He has continued his journey into Coonawarra now producing his own wine label using his extensive knowledge and his own grapes. Pat’s classically presented premium wines are the fruit of his 30 year vision that became reality in April 2004.
