This premium wine range is the result of a highly skilled winemaker working with magnificent quality fruit from one of Australia’s premier wine producing regions known for its hallowed terra rossa soils over limestone and pristine underground water.
2008 Sauvignon Blanc
All zesty and citrusy with a lingering herbaceous character combine well with honeydew melon and guava fruits, proceeding with a mouthful of similar fruits with a crisp refreshing finish to the palate.

Your favourite seafood such as Grilled flake and chips or poppy crusted flathead.
2008 Riesling
In making this Riesling, we have preserved the flavours of the grapes in their natural state. The aromas of fresh lime and apple blossom combine favourably. The palate is vibrant and fresh with well balanced fruit sweetness, tingling citrus and a crunchy mineral acid finish.
Food Suggestion
Tempura prawn, crab cakes, Abalone or chicken pasta.
2009 Riesling
This riesling is made to preserve the flavours of the grapes in their natural state. Clean fermentation & minimal winemaker intervention ensures the greatest expression of fruit. The aroma is lifted, showing lime & pear. The palate is vibrant & fresh with well balanced fruit sweetness & an apple, ‘crunchy’ acid

2004 ‘Limited Release’ Cabernet Sauvignon
This Limited Release Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with complex aromas of tobacco leaf, liquorice, mint and dark berry fruits. The palate is concentrated and smooth showing flavours of blackcurrant, mint and cherry cassis. This is intertwined with perfectly harmonised oak with soft, lingering tannins. An elegant wine with potential ageing beyond 2014.

Try an Eye Fillet of Wagyu beef – medium rare or Double Glazed Duck.
2006 ‘Jessie’ Botrytis Semillon
The fresh perfumed smell of dried apricot and apricot-peach-cumquat flavour linger and will intensify with further cellaring. The acidity also increases, both balancing and intensifying the flavour. The mouth filling sweetness of this wine will flood the senses as you first taste the wine. Then on the aftertaste, the tingling acidity will take over to give the wine balance and – amazingly- leave the mouth fresh and clean, without lingering sweetness.
