2004 ‘Limited Release’ Cabernet Sauvignon

This Limited Release Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with complex aromas of tobacco leaf, liquorice, mint and dark berry fruits. The palate is concentrated and smooth showing flavours of blackcurrant, mint and cherry cassis. This is intertwined with perfectly harmonised oak with soft, lingering tannins. An elegant wine with potential ageing beyond 2014.

2006 ‘Jessie’ Botrytis Semillon

The fresh perfumed smell of dried apricot and apricot-peach-cumquat flavour linger and will intensify with further cellaring. The acidity also increases, both balancing and intensifying the flavour. The mouth filling sweetness of this wine will flood the senses as you first taste the wine. Then on the aftertaste, the tingling acidity will take over to give the wine balance and – amazingly- leave the mouth fresh and clean, without lingering sweetness.
